For cattle, feed free choice at a rate of 1 block per 5 head of cattle 2 to 3 weeks before lush grass conditions. Provide as the only source of salt and minerals and place blocks where cattle congregate (watering, feeding and loafing areas). Maintain adequate distance of 10 feet between blocks. Consumption may vary. Cattle should consume approximately 4 to 5 ounces per head per day. When block is about 1/2 consumed, place a new block near it.
Provide fresh, clean water at all times.
CAUTION: Do not allow sheep access to this product due to added levels of supplemental copper.
*A highly palatable block in convenient form to provide supplemental magnesium to cattle on lush pasture when grass tetany or low magnesium is a concern.
